The Maritime Law Association of the United States ('MLAUS'), an accredited New York provider of continuing legal education ('CLE'), is a Co-Sponsor of the CMI Program for purposes of CLE. The MLAUS will issue only non-transitional CLE credit for attendance at an approved Program session. No credit can be given for partial attendance at a session. Attorneys from places other than New York should consult with the appropriate local CLE authorities to determine their entitlement to CLE credits based on MLAUS CLE certification.

CLE financial aid assistance is available from MLAUS to MLAUS members, and also to New York lawyers, whose annual incomes fall below US$30,000.
